Why MiT

Member of Innovation Team (MiT) is an intensive training program that will revolutionize the IT industry's culture by grooming the new generation with the help of Islamic teaching to become an analyst, a problem solver, a good decision-maker, and most important, determined, consistent and a team player. This program aims to break the current faulty education structure by developing and teaching their own reliable syllabus structure for IT students first and then in other professions quickly. Basically MiT= Rules for job as well as personal life. Our motto is to provide enhanced/advanced/up to date education to all trainees.

Learn without boundaries

Learning without boundaries often means embracing opportunities outside your comfort zone, or in other words, learning by doing. Participating in experiential and practical learning projects that harness multidisciplinary collaboration ... is the future of education. Through MiT training program, a trainee will develop skills, talents, and competence which is a lifelong process. Trainees should constantly look for opportunities to learn something new and push their limits, whether personally or professionally. Be drawn to the rewards of challenge and learning because the incentive is the fulfilment of your dreams.

Make a difference

Many people believe that they do not have what it takes to make a difference in the world. The truth is, every one of us is put in this world to contribute and make a difference to the world in our unique way.... It need not be anything out of the world. It just needs to be something you do with the intention of doing good and important. To do something important, to do something that helps people or makes the world a better place. One of our goals is to change the typical learning into new innovative learning. Making a difference to the world may seem like an enormous task, but it is, in fact, the collective effort of everyone to make small contributions with heart. The size of the contribution is not what matters most. The key here is to have the heart to do it. One of the ways is to be generous in giving praise and encouragement instead of criticism. Stop whining, do something, and lead the way.

Step up and lead

During this training, we provide multiple options for trainees to take themselves out of their comfort zone. This means challenging yourself and asking, "What do I need to do to go further?". This... will keep you motivated and it will not hold us back from our true potential. For example, we do not ask for a promotion because we think we are not good enough, or the answer will be a flat out 'no'. To get on top of this, you need to pay attention to what is going on in your head. Then think about how to change or rephrase your self-talk to something more positive or at least neutral. For example, 'I will never be any better'. 'I love a challenge'. It's time to push myself, get out of my comfort zone and see what I can achieve.

Learning through research/practice

MiT training program aims to promote and develop student competencies related to research practice and benefit students through research activities but not in theoretical alone. Our way of learning starts from research... then move to algorithms and then presentation. Through this, we eliminate copy/plagiarism and zero creativity and increase self-learning, presentation, and decision-making skills. Research allows you to pursue your interests, learn something new, hone your problem-solving skills, and challenge yourself in new ways. Assisting in investigation gives you hands-on experience in your field. You gain a deeper understanding of the process, develop research questions, and form and test your hypotheses. You learn what it's like to work in a professional environment and learn about the planning of workflows, writing grants and report the findings.

Do not just learn, discover

Traditional education focuses on teaching, not learning. It is incorrectly assumes that there is an ounce of learning by those taught for every ounce of teaching. However, most of what we know before,... during, and after attending schools is learned without being taught. A child learns such fundamental things as walking, talking, eating, dressing, and so on without being taught these things. Most of what is taught in classroom settings are forgotten, and much of what is remembered is irrelevant. We will provide Innovation hub to students during this training to learn and discover and innovate new ideas and display them in the market.
“Education is an admirable thing, but it is well to remember from time to time that nothing that is worth learning can be taught.”
— Oscar Wilde
