RT Verify Privacy Policy Agreement

Purpose: The RT Verify is designed to provide an additional layer of security through One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. It aims to verify and authenticate users for accessing protected services or information.

This information may include, but is not limited to, mobile phone number, device ID, and IP address. We assure you that this data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, please note that no system or method of transmission over the internet can guarantee absolute security. We advise users to exercise caution and protect their personal devices and credentials.

User Responsibilities: As a user of the RT Verify, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP, as well as any login credentials associated with the protected services. You must not share your OTP or credentials with unauthorized individuals.

RT Verify Updates: We may release updates to the RT Verify from time to time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the latest version installed on your device. Failure to update the RT Verify may result in compatibility issues or security vulnerabilities.

Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide a reliable and secure RT Verify, but we cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the RT Verify.

Modifications to the Agreement: Route Trading LTD reserve the right to modify or update this policy agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the RT Verify or our website. Continued use of the RT Verify after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing Law: This policy agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UK.
